I have all three
of the main colour variations of this model in
the collection. My model with the cream body and
dark green roof was the first to be issued and is
quite rare as the rear wing web is open. Soon
after the introduction of this model this was
filled in to aid production. All models in this
colour scheme have a cream coloured, metal
steering wheel.
The second main
colour scheme is the light green body and
chartreuse yellow roof. Models with this colour
scheme can be found with either a metal or black
plastic steering wheel.
The final main
colour scheme is a metallic green body with black
roof. All these models had a black plastic
steering wheel and can be found only in an F or G
type window box.
Some interim
models do appear in the transition between the
main colour variations. For example it is
possible to find dark green models with a
chartreuse yellow roof or a light green model
with a black roof. These transition models are
the hardest to find and can command up to £250.
